I love glass. I wish I had the time and space to work on large pieces, but until then, I have fun making suncatchers, candle cozys, wind charms, memory boxes, and occasionally, a lamp or two.

I actually make everything I sell...and I wish there were more hours to the day, or longer weekends, so that I could make more!  

The majority of my work is made using the Tiffany foil method followed by soldering the piece together, perhaps applying a patina, cleaning it thoroughly, then polishing it.


Depending on what I'm making, I'll use copper foil that is anywhere from 3/16" wide to 1/4" wide, and it may be black backed, silver backed, or just plain copper. When I do the first run of solder, I usually use 50/50, then 60/40 for the final pass.

I've done my best to capture in photographs the true beauty of my glass art pieces and suncatchers, but it's somewhat challenging. The photographs aren't nearly as beautiful as the actual object. As with all of my glass art and suncatchers, colors and textures may vary slightly from picture.
