Payment
& Shipping Information
 | Pay Pal is the only method of payment I accept. If you don't
have an account, it is
free to open one and a very convenient way to do all your
Internet shopping. |
 | Since I live in Ohio, Ohio residents will be
charged 6.75% sales tax. |
 | Shipping is either UPS or USPS. Once I have sent the
package, I will email you the
tracking number if you have given me your email address. |
 | I pack everything extremely well...if anything happens to it
in transit, I will exchange
it or refund your money without question. Please send me an email,
preferably with a photograph,
immediately of the
damage, and I can start the process of making you a
replacement or refunding
you your money. |
 | Once I receive your payment via PayPal, your purchases are
shipped on my next
shipping day. Currently I'm shipping on Mondays and
Thursdays. |
Privacy
Policy
Any information you share with me I will never sell, trade,
or give away your email
addresses or contact information to anyone, for any reason.
Care & Maintenance
 |
Since all my
pieces are made
with lead solder or lead came,
wash your hands after handling. These are not toys for
children, nor should they be hung where a child could reach
them!!! |
 |
If you hang your beveled snowflake suncatcher or beveled
glass heart in a window, when
the sun hits it just right, you’ll get sparkling rainbow
prisms! |
 | When handling your
snowflake or glass heart, do so by the hanging
ring only, do not pick up or hang by curly qs as they are
for decorative purposes
only. |
 | I have washed and waxed all my glass art
and suncatchers, so an
occasional dusting is all you should need to do to keep your piece
lovely for years to
come. However, should you want or need to clean it, spray
some glass cleaner on
a paper towel or soft rag then gently clean glass; NEVER
immerse in water. |
 | Should the solder on your
glass art or suncatcher start to oxidize
(whitish/grayish film or spots), I have
include a small piece of finishing grade bronze wool. You
can safely use this to
clean off any oxidation without scratching the glass. Then
just repolish with
a high quality car wax or a light spray of
Pledge® followed by
polishing with a soft cloth. |
How Do I
Hang My Suncatcher or Wind Charm?
Each suncatcher has a hanging
ring at the top and is
shipped with a Command® decorating clip. This is the ONLY
thing I recommend you use to hang your suncatchers with when
attaching them to glass. If you're going to hang your
suncatcher or wind charm on your porch or from a tree, fishing line works
well, but remember to replace the line at least once a year.
What If My Glass Art Piece
or Suncatcher
Breaks? Accidents happen. Should your
piece get
broken, send me a digital photo,
item number if you have it, along with a description of the
problem. It MAY be repairable.
I'll respond to your email with the price to repair the
item. Most repairs can be completed
and returned to you in four to six weeks.
